Light Guide Film (LGF or LGP) Backlight  Technical Specifications

 1、The Design of Light Guide Film (LGF) Membrane Switch: It consists of Overlay, LGF and PCB. The overlay is designed with illuminate areas. The corresponding areas on the LGF are designed with illuminating dots. Membrane switches  is designed with illuminant.

2、The rights for Point 1 above refer to:  The overlay material used on the design of LGF Membrane Switch includes PVC, PC, PET and/or Rubber.

3、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: Illuminating areas on the overlay are transparent or semi-transparent. Other non-illuminating areas are non-transparent.

4、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: The illuminating area(s) consist of one and/or two and/or numerous areas of graphics and/or company logos.

5、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: The illuminating dots are printed dots and/or puff dots

6、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: The illuminant is located at the hole of LGF. The distance between them is 0~0.5mm. The LGF is placed at the centre of the illuminant emitting direction.

7、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: The illuminant is LED which can be one or two or as many as necessary.

8、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: The LGF is fully transparent PVC and/or fully transparent PET of thickness 0.05~0.5mm.

9、The rights for Point 6 above refer to: The hole(s) at LGF is taped with black (top-facing) tape with glossy adhesive side.

10、The rights for Point 1 above refer to: The overlay and LGF are bonded together by double-side adhesive. The LGF and Membrane Switch are also bonded together by double-side adhesive.
